Integrated Production Modelling (IPM)
Petroleum Experts (Petex) develop the Integrated Production Modelling software (IPM). IPM models the complete oil or gas production system including reservoir, wells and the surface network.
The lists of IPM suite:
GAP, GAPTRANSIENT, PROSPER, MBAL, PVTP, REVEAL and RESOLVE can be run together seamlessly, allowing the engineer to design complete field models. The models can include the reservoir tanks, all the wells and the surface gathering system. IPM can model and optimise the production and the water or gas injection system simultaneously. With the Reservoir, Wells and Complete Surface Systems model completed and the production history matched, the production system can be optimised and production forecasts run

MOVE SUITE
The MOVE suite is the most complete structural modelling and analysis toolkit available. It provides a full digital environment for best practice structural modelling to reduce risk and uncertainty in geological models.
The MOVE suite provides a platform for integrating and interpreting data, cross-section construction, 3D model building, kinematic restoration and validation, geomechanical modelling, fracture modelling, fault response modelling, fault and stress analysis, and sediment modelling.
MOVE 2019.1 was released on the 8th November and is available for download to all our maintained clients and academic users. The 2019 version of MOVE includes substantial new features, as well as improvements to the existing functionality and usability. The full release notes are available here.

DIGITAL OIL FIELD (DOF) SUITE
The industry has moved in the direction of fully integrated field studies with the objectives of improving field management – production and recovery – over the life of a field. Through this, improved investment decisions can be made by integrating reservoir, production, process and facilities studies as well as economics and field maintenance models.
The DOF suite consist of 4 packages:
- The Digital Oil Field (The software replicate the behaviour of an oil or gas field on a computer, using workflows for automation and clusters to speed up calculations)
- IVM (This is a software solution that bridges the gap between data sources and sophisticated Petroleum Engineering analytical & modeling tools to provide engineers, operators and management a way to organize and visualize the data and trends)
- IFM (Petroleum Experts made a strategic decision to move this integrated field studies concept forward and to develop real time “IPM Field Management”, integrating the field modelling tools with online Surveillance monitoring, Automation and client field and business management Workflows.)
- Model Catalogue (The Model Catalogue is designed to allow the engineer to have a structured archiving system to store and retrieve IPM and field model data files. The engineers can thus maintain a complete history of each version of a model as it is developed and maintained over the field life.)
